Meetings

Hosting the perfect meeting can really make the difference when you need to make the right impression and the University can accommodate every size of function to suit your needs. Our rooms suit all sectors of business and industry as well as the not-for-profit and public sectors.
We have over 40 seminar rooms seating between 14 and 50 available in the Easter and Summer vacation periods. IT suites are also available for training seminars. Our dedicated conference team will work with you to ensure your meeting is perfectly organised.
All of our conference spaces and rooms can be fully equipped with appropriate audio visual equipment. Technical assistance with presentations is available on request. Guest speakers can lecture to groups from outside the venue through our video conferencing facility. Prices valid until 31 July 2012

Day delegate rate

  • 1-10 delegates £36.00 pp including 1 meeting room
  • 11-59 delegates £32.00 pp including 2 meeting room
  • 60-199 delegates £28.00 pp including 3 meeting room

All prices are subject to VAT. Additional meeting rooms chargeable at £200 each per day.

This delegate package includes:

  • Plenary meeting room suitable to the size of the group set up to your desired layout
  • Standard Audio Visual equipment* and internet access in meeting room
  • Three servings of tea, coffee and biscuits
  • A delivered buffet lunch
  • Free car parking for all attending
  • Conference stationary; including A5 lined pad & pen, name tent card, water & sweets
  • Directional signage on campus
  • Services and advice from the Conferences and Events team

*Items included in the standard audio visual package are: PC, data projector, PA system with 1 microphone/speakers, DVD playback, flipchart with pad and pens. Additional equipment can be ordered on request & is chargeable per item.
