Lecture Theatres

If you need to present to a larger audience the University can accommodate your every need. Our Lecture theatres and spaces are available to seat between 30 and 485 delegates. We have a wide range of different lecture spaces available and this gives us the ability to find the perfect room that best suits your requirements. Our dedicated conference team will work with you to ensure your event is perfectly planned and delivered.

All of our conference spaces and rooms can be fully equipped with appropriate audio visual equipment. Technical assistance with presentations is available on request. Guest speakers can lecture to groups from outside the venue through our video conferencing facility.

Day Delegate Rate

• 1-10 delegates £36.00 pp including 1 meeting room
• 11- 59 delegates £32.00 pp including 2 meeting rooms
• 60-199 delegates £28.00 pp including 3 meeting rooms

All prices are subject to VAT. Additional meeting rooms chargeable at £200 each per day.

This delegate package includes:

• Plenary meeting room suitable to the size of the group set up to your desired layout
• Standard Audio Visual equipment* and internet access in meeting room
• Three servings of tea, coffee and biscuits
• A delivered buffet lunch
• Free car parking for all attending
• Conference stationary; including A5 lined pad & pen, name tent card, water & sweets
• Directional signage on campus
• Services and advice from the Conferences and Events team

*Items included in the standard audio visual package are: PC, data projector, PA system with 1 microphone/speakers, DVD playback, flipchart with pad and pens. Additional equipment can be ordered on request & is chargeable per item.
