Creating the right impression for your potential audience is essential and the tranquil surroundings of the University create the perfect backdrop for all types of exhibition. Versatile exhibition spaces are available around the campus and our dedicated conference team will work with you to ensure your event is perfectly planned and delivered.

All of our conference spaces and rooms can be fully equipped with appropriate audio visual equipment. Technical assistance with presentations is available on request. Guest speakers can lecture to groups from outside the venue through our video conferencing facility.

Prices (1 August 2009 – 31 July 2010)

En suite 24 Hour Rate from £84.00 + VAT per person

Day Delegate Rate from £32.00 + VAT per person

Includes all the benefits within residential 24 hour rate but excluding dinner, bed and breakfast. Arrival refreshments are also included within the day rate.

*This includes a plenary room appropriate to the size of the event and attendant syndicate rooms.

**A laptop computer is not included in the delegate package.

Upgrades

Various upgrades to the packages above are available, including private dining and upgraded accommodation located within Broadview Lodge, our hotel standard accommodation.
