• Our Food Philosophy

  All of our food is sourced from reputable suppliers, who are carefully vetted and monitored by an internal or external group.

  This ensures consistenly high standards, compliance with food safety regulations and competitive prices, which enable us to keep our costs low. We also try to use our locally produced products wherever practicable.

• Bespoke Catering

  Various upgrades are available to the basic packages, including the opportunity to hold a banquet, canapé reception or conference dinner. A selection of buffet menus is also available to suit a variety of tastes and budgets.

• Vegetarian/Special Diets
  

  We provide a full range of vegetarian meals throughout the day. All of the cheese used on sandwiches, pizzas and for other cooking is free of rennet. Vegetarian options are readily available in all outlets.

  We are able to cater for most dietary requirements. Please arrange to speak to us in advance if you have particular concerns and we will do our utmost to assist you.

• Healthy Eating

  Throughout our outlets we provide a full range of healthy eating options. Salads, low fat yogurts, cereal bars and fresh fruit are always available

• Fairtrade

  UEA Catering is committed to ethical and responsible purchasing and therefore wholeheartedly supporting the ethos of Fairtrade. Where reasonably possible we purchase products bearing the Fairtrade mark to offer our customer a choice.

• Internal Hospitality

  Our hospitality service can cater for the needs of internal departments of the University who need to organise catering for their meetings during the day or evening.

  We can deliver, to a room of your choice, hot or cold drinks, a sandwich lunch or even a delicious hot or cold buffet. If you would like a more formal lunch away from your desks, we can cater for your group in one of our restaurants.
