The Conferences and Events team is located at the heart of the campus, within easy reach of all residences and meeting rooms. We offer a one-stop shop for all your meeting and conference requirements and are constantly looking at new products, services and other ways to give our customers what they want, when they want it, at a fair price. Limited services may apply at certain times of the year.

Pricing structure

We aim to provide good value for money. Price comparisons with other universities and similar high street outlets are regularly carried out to ensure that we remain competitive. We are a non-profit making organisation and do not receive any subsidies.

Opening times

We are open for conferences, meetings and leisure guests all year round except Christmas. Availability will vary according to season.

The UEA also has strong links with the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital NHS Trust and other health providers, with respects to all aspects of bio-medical research involving UEA's Schools of Health, Biological Sciences and Environmental Sciences.
